No public score is shown below 5 verified reviews.

  • Only published reviews from verified reviewers count toward the score.
  • Each review is weighted by verification: verified person ×0.5, verified case participant ×1, document-supported ×1.5, official-record-confirmed ×2. Unverified (level 0) reviews are weighted ×0 and never move the score.
  • Each category is the weighted mean of 1–5 answers, rescaled to 0–100 as (mean − 1) ÷ 4 × 100.
  • The overall score is the unweighted mean of the category scores that received at least one answer.
  • Reviews flagged by the review-integrity engine as possible coordinated activity are excluded from the score and reported separately.
  • No overall score is published below 5 verified reviews.
  • Confidence reflects verified review count, number of distinct cases, recency and verification strength — never the sentiment of the reviews.

  • Publish case numbers, children's names, medical detail, sealed material or home addresses.
  • Merge public feedback with official findings into one accusation figure.
  • Delete criticism for being negative — only for privacy, threats, harassment or spam.
  • Present a rating as an official measure of judicial or professional performance.
  • Refuse a judge or attorney the right to respond, or a reviewer the right to appeal.
